With more than 25 years in Employee Benefits – across third-party administration, carriers, wellness platforms, and brokerage – I’ve helped employers navigate one of their most complex, expensive and high-stakes responsibilities: offering meaningful, sustainable benefits to their people.
 
I don’t believe in template solutions or shifting costs as the default. I believe in smart, creative and compliant strategies that manage long-term cost and support the well-being of employees and their families. Insurance is only the vehicle – the real destination is peace of mind.

My Mission

Empowering Clients to Create Lasting Value

I believe strategy and humanity can co-exist and that the best solutions serve both. That's why I also founded Hagar's Well Foundation, which provides scholarships and fund programs that support single parents from pregnancy to financial independence. A portion of my business income helps fund this mission because I believe in building systems that care for people, inside and outside the workplace.

Driven by the love of my family

Outside work, I’m the empty nester and very proud mom of two adult kids. They have been my “Why” for the last 3 decades. When I’m not at work, I may be cheering on the Seahawks or Mariners, exploring the Northwest in hiking boots or visiting someplace new (near or far).
